Abita qui Mimì?

Dante is an ordinary chameleon, living ordinary days in the midst of a typical countryside. However, today will be an extraordinary day for him: he will go to the city for the first time to surprise his best friend, Mimì, who recently moved there. Dante will discover that the city is much, much larger and more chaotic than he imagined, and finding his chameleon friend among all those houses, streets, and animals with such peculiar habits won’t be a walk in the park!

After reading the book, where participants will enjoy searching for Mimì among the pages, a creative workshop will follow. We will build our personal animal city: with glue, scissors, markers, and some recycled materials, we’ll make animal houses inspired by the city where Dante is searching for Mimì.

TARGET: Children aged 5 to 9.

Workshop inspired by the illustrated book “Abita qui Mimì?” I created with Angelo Mozzillo for Verbavolant edizioni.
