There is no better way to teach the principles of traditional animation than creating a flipbook, a small paper notebook where you can experience the magic of moving images.

After a brief theoretical explanation of how cartoons are made and how to create moving images, we will put all the lessons into practice and become animators for a day.

We will choose a subject, break down a small action into a sequence of drawings, add a bit of patience and elbow grease… et voilà! By quickly flipping through all the images, we will discover the wonder of a small animation created by us.

Target: Children aged 6 to 11.
